" Had Victor and Saul not come to the rescue of MPIX, the shareholders would have found themselves in the exact same position as those shareholders of EMXC, the previous company 'managed' by the previous CEO. EMXC was eventually suspended, then delisted and trading on the grey sheets. " Everyone invested here should never forget that there was a DWAC DTC Chill on MPIX that was lifted due to the competency of T.E.A.M. leadership!!! As you say " they righted the ship " Recently, they were able to reduce the O/S by another 71,980,000 shares. They took back according to the latest filing, 100 million from the former CEO Armando Armirall, 175,333,333 from Roxanna, and another 30 million from the Weber family trust! What gets me is how did Unified Corp. receive 164 million shares, Blulife Inc.& MLJ Partners Corp run by the same woman Vivian Blumenthal receive 172,200,000 shares!!!! 8,700,000 shares went to Fairhills Capital Offshore ?
