I want to thank you for sharing your visit to the WS Conf. I would also like to thank you for your thoughts and insight on what it takes for a new company, such as MPIX, to become fully reporting with the SEC. You know as well as I do, that most investors in the OTC have very little understanding of the enormous task ahead of any startup and emerging company to become fully recognized by the SEC. Most also do not comprehend the importance of management to address every SEC requirement with complete compliance of all regulations to include a very lengthy process of auditing their financials. What has compounded the problems of management has been having to sift through the past financials, share structure, questionable share issuance, the recovery of 674 million shares, and many more legal issues in order to right the ship. Had Victor and Saul not come to the rescue of MPIX, the shareholders would have found themselves in the exact same position as those shareholders of EMXC, the previous company 'managed' by the previous CEO. EMXC was eventually suspended, then delisted and trading on the grey sheets.
I also didn't find anything condescending in your previous post. I do see a lot of value in that post for those who continue to ask or wonder why MPIX Management is taking such a long time in building a solid foundation foundation from which MPIX will grow. Our future is very bright, indeed! Hopefully our patience will be rewarded in short order. Since Victor stated that management is already deeply into Phase 2, I would hope to see a lot of Shareholder Updates beginning immediately after the Holidays along with some meaty, material announcements of what they have been building over the last many months. While a few have sold and moved on the play the next POS du Jour, a small group of individuals continue to accumulate shares which we believe to be very inexpensive for those with a long term mindset of building wealth.
Once again, thank you very much for sharing your information and experience.
