TRT...Sure you do...I've seen it so many times before with penny scams....Do the merger - and then BAM...do an RS - I've seen high RS before - I cannot say though if I paid attention to how high before since I was not involved with the company....I know I've seen 100:1 and even maybe 200:1 - but don't quote me - that's just off the top of my head...
Is it legal? Not sure - depends on how SEC looks at it....I mean if you just signed a contract that was legit and was turned over 400,000,000 shares - and you were now the owner of all of them, not sure SEC can do anything - But I truly don't know.
But I thought you first had to register them publicly - But I don't know...
So, what is this person going to do with his shares once the RS occurs....
As someone stated - IF they don't get halted.....then the next step will most likely be a forward split or two.......
