Ever heard the tale of the guy who robbed the bank and bragged about it.
I believe it ended up with the guy getting caught.
Would not be overly surprised to see the RS get cancelled before the due date.
It all smells way too fraudulent to me.
You don't shut out your shareholders for the sole purpose to FU$K them...
