Folks need to understand the scope of Nielson's Business Model with respect to acquisitions at a discount to annualized market value after they ink the deal and provide additional feedstock and subsequently ramp revenues. The increase in revs assuming increased plant utilization from more throughput is virtually immediate and very likely sustainable.
SURF is a great story as they continue to progress and are actively seeking larger processing spaces. Peterson is now overseeing both SURF and 2TRG!! The really exciting part about 2TRG is that their existing capacity is 75M pounds annually. They are currently projected to accomplish 12M...6X growth potential with existing equipment from increased flows of appropriate feedstock!! You gotta love it. Any business manager would see the value in this proposition.
