Every business venture and product will face a different set of customer challenges.   And depending on the product and business will also present a whole host of unforeseen circumstance's .

All have the miss steps miss dead lines, Grand openings postponed ect ect ect. Me ! been there done that too.

N-B , you did mean to say businesses not a corporation right. If so Congratulations to you.

I have no doubt you were good at your business. Your customer relations or service probably needed some polishing up.

Surly your businesses you ran could not have been with out customer challenges that presented you with opportunities to resolve

Sounds like you are not with out some understanding here what GM might be going through than.

I myself have ran businesses , you are not saying anything new here.........building loyalty with customers , attracting new customers for growth and maintaining loyalty.

I know all about customer loyalty and building IT !!!

Honestly N-B sounds like the business you ran must have not been from the ground floor up, if so you would have more understanding that you will lose some customers along the way. .
