This is an investment I continue to hope will turn around and pleasantly surprise me. No current dilution and current filings allow for a base maintenance of that hope, but I am hgihly disconcerted by DUTV's lack of professionalism when it comes to their communications.
I have run multiple businesses in the past and can tell you that the most important key to customer satisfaction is #1 delivery of expected product/ service and #2 Effectively resolving all issues that arise with customers regarding your products/services. That 2nd point, when executed consistently, actually serves to generate more business via word of mouth from those same previously disatisfied customers.
It is in this respect that DUTV causes me great concern. They are more than aware of the continual statments they have made to their constituents/shareholders regarding upcoming events that have not come to pass. They are equally aware how often they have failed to meet their own set deadlines. Were DUTV a truly professional company they would have released statments, PR's or Tweets expressing contrition of some sort, for their missed targets. They could have easily also explained in a non-disclosng fashion how factors out of their control but very beneficial to investors were causing them to have to post-pone execution of their plans.
Instead they continue to set new dates that they miss again and again, plus they ridicule those pointing out their missed targets and how it makes them look disingenuos.
Just so you know, until I am fully satisfied that DUTV is a complete scam and decide to sell my holdings I will remain here as often as I am able. I will also continue pointing out the incongruencies and demanding that DUTV began excercising the proffesionalism that a company of their professed stature should be demosntrating.
Maybe this will help you to understand my vigilance.
