I understand concerns, but prefer working on them

I understand concerns, but prefer working on them or taking a nap.
Point in fact, I don't think anyone likes DUTV's lack of follow through.  The msg boards are like our house, basicaly there
for information, a few laughs, and sometimes entertainment.  If it becomes just Da Moon or ScamBag it is stale, boring, and of limited value,.....some do have agendas,....why else keep doing what doesn't produce desired results?  In that regard, the people whom motive I question are those that slam repetitively (pro/con) w/o ever seeming to offer any new information or links, (but that's just me).  To me, there is a difference between congruency and peat & repeat.

The reason I advocate going to twitter is that's their House,...the most effective forum for addressing them with the
widest audience.  Don't know about you, but if I've got an issue, I prefer face to face as much as possible,....to make
sure we're both being heard and can resolve it.  Sadly, in this case twitter seems to be as close as I can get, but the
more voices, the more apt to get an answer imo.
We'd all like clarification and answers,..... well except for those that seem intent on chaos.

As you've business experience, do you have any suggestions on how to resolve issues, (as you see them to be)?
