re: JBI was that JB bypassed VCs and a greased *street* and had
friends and family act as VCs .. the naivete *imo* there was that he
didn't recognize the cycle of $ firmly embedded specific to the OTC
i've spent years documenting *trades*
the sec is a national disgrace that has zero transparency where the OTC is concerned
SMBs (stk msg boards) are utilized for the cycle of money (the vehicle of choice is that
other site) it contains well connected and well protected crews .. understand one can't
have the cycle of money undertaken without both sides *REPRESENTED*

what i recognize is both the risk in play .. and the viability of P2O coupled with *realistic* time frames (VCs operate in 5 to 8 years re: funding)
i had their filings and business model analyzed by an analyst friend of mine .. back in 2011 when it was clear to me that the *SET UP* by the PROs' hadn't gone as *planned*) >> the advice given by this analyst friend of mine was for the co. to *SELL* the prox .. which is why RH's comments in Aug came as no surprise ..
i don't discount SIGNIFICANT efforts against the process .. which *imo* would have killed off 99% of most legit OTC co.s
one last thing and why when i read posts about BK i know how *clueless* some are ..
funding has never been an issue .. in the 5 short years this co. has existed ..
but if they really wanted to (and they could in a heartbeat) they could do a R/S .. but without having a BoD seated .. imo it makes little sense re: uplisting out of the cesspool .. which imo is a prime goal
when the BoD is 8k'd as the material event they are .. imo *uplist* isn't too far away ..
i have a checklist i follow >> so far the items checked off outweigh those that remain
last 4 are the biggies that lead to the PROs' *switch*

detailed filing on 3's ops (audit perhaps?)
status of 4 and 5 (where located)
sale of a proc to X co. @ Y price tag
so since we'll agree to disagree .. and I'm not going to change your mind and you are certainly not going to change my mind .. let's call it a day ..
