My DD says the letter is 100% real and that lady is quite a dumbass, and in trouble with both her employer and Medical Greens. Let's face it, you don't have to look far to find a dumbass. She is some appointment booker that wants to save the world, one company unauthorized email at a time.
The fact that it's real doesn't make the text of the email true. I'd discredit the whole thing based on her epic stupidity.
