Another smoking gun. The hub/twitter letter states awkwardly, "On the 16th they rented a space in the building that is Creative Visions Foundation."

The writer didn't know that there is no such building as the "Creative Visions Foundation." The building in question is the American Apparel Building in Malibu. The Creative Visions Foundation resides in the Dan Eldon Center in the top floor suite of the American Apparel Building.
