I contacted Baltia's attorney who recommended non-shareholders either invest first (obviously) if they want to attend the SH meeting, or visit HQ on a separate day, which she (and I) believes will be a more effective way for them to learn about the company if they've just learned about Baltia's existence. I just thought it would be an educational experience for potential investors to be guests at the shareholder's meeting, so if people think I'm wrong I appreciate them voicing their thoughts/concerns, as GoldenCock did.
It sounds weird to use the term "GoldenCock" in a serious post...psychology dictates the most accurate reflection of a person is the one seen in the safety of their real anonymity...
