I looked at all of CWRN's promotions on stockpromoters.com - 1st was 4-27-2006 after CWRN took over the legal entity from Casino Airlinks out of Boca Raton Florida- otcmarkets used to list said co as CWRN's predecessor- where restricted shares were deposited- Boca Raton,Florida-
so sounds like said shares came from somebody who received them from the previous co Casino Airlinks out of Boca Raton Florida- mad that shares got reversed on him? but they didnt come from CWRN promos-all of CWRN's promos on the site either were unpaid also ran mentions or received cash or free trading shares- not 1 received restricted shares -
we believe the only restricted shares CWRN issued prior to June 2009 -[ the date shares were deposited w Oppenheimer] probably by somebody who received them from Casino Airlinks] - were to family members as part of their control shares- see Nov 2011 PR's etc -which continued to be held -and even if werent CWRN would've made them free trading via proper procedures
many stockpromoter.com listed promos are not promos at all but merely come up in a google search by stock promoters.com as having been mentioned in a list of co's who didnt pay for promos but a newsletter was just mentioning other co's who were moving in pps etc or on the promoters watchlist etc- shorters know this but always take advantage of this to falsely accuse co's of paid promos
