Well ADVFN.com refuses to comment on the lack of L

Well ADVFN.com refuses to comment on the lack of L2 Information as of today. I warned them "we can do this the easy way or the Hard way" So, after jumping some hoops for the sec, they have excepted and registered a formal complaint.. The sec and the whistle blower program has applied a complaint file number and will now investigate. There's definitely something fishy going on here. I find it very odd, after informing Jeff Cosman of the issue, he is not showing much in the way of concern. Hell, it's affecting not only trading but any increased  awareness of his company. It would also badly affect any prs he may put out, come on Jeff!  Still cannot buy online. My brokerage firm is also looking into it. The ask was o.0539 as per HSBC, I put in a test bid (by phone)for 500 shares at the ask, it was filled immediately @0.05. The rep said she would file this trade and pass it on to the sec , under my file # as a record of transaction for reference. Enough is enough, not having a visual record on L2 creates a very one sided trading advantage for someone or some group and we need to know who and why.
