High-Way rbtree, if you can't figure it out by now... G3 is being contracted to create funds for multiple companies, and the OFND is just another fund they were contracted to structure.
Time is something you need a better grasp on...because if you knew even one "Hoot" about business (which you don't -and LOL that I even have to tell you that), you would know these things take substantial amounts of time to structurally develop. Especially when they are being done properly, not like some of the fly by night fraud stocks that you brag about!
