Now we have this blurb, which is a hoot...being as there is no pubic information available about GMNI besides what has been released in news.
Gemini Group Global Announces Formation of Opportunity Fund
According to the offering, G3OF intends to invest between $50,000.00 and $250,000.00 in freely tradable shares of micro-cap companies. These investments must meet a specific criteria including share price and average trading volume. In addition, the underlining company must have an operating business and cannot be deemed a shell.
"Daily, we are shown investment opportunities for trading large, non-controlled blocks of micro-cap companies at a trading discount to the current market price.
