Who is familiar? Seems the Depository Trust Company is there to ensure no improprieties such as exuberant dilution that was issued fradulently. They probably have been drawn also by the divy shares being issued to SKTO shareholders. They also could be there to ensure Alternative Energy converts smoothly, without any Hipple-cups, to PharmaJanes.
