CTIX: "Before the Bell" In what could prove to be

In what could prove to be his shrewdest move to date, CTIX "Wonder-kid" CEO Leo Ehrlich just announced the purchase of IveGotGas Biopharma, a bankrupt start-up once touted as an "up-and-coming" leader in the multi-bazillion dollar "lactose intolerant" market. "We were very fortunate to come across IGG, it's amazing that I outbid 65 other Big Pharma's on Ebay for this company with an outstanding pipeline of drugs. It really came down to the last 3 minutes of bidding and I then pulled out my wild card, "dark horse" bid . . . the same card I used to secure Brilacidin in the Polymedix deal . . . WOW, me and Dr Menon are "utterly" pumped, commented Mr. Ehrlich." Ehrlich went on to say, "it's just real fortune or "dumb luck", but I was on Ebay looking for a good pair of used ski's for my holiday vacation to Vail when I decided to see if there were any good biopharma's for sale."
IGG was started in 2010 by a co-op of Wisconsin dairy farmers who decided to hedge their bets on the future of the dairy industry by getting into the "lactose free" craze among American consumers. IGG's main drug, "GotGas?" is currently in a Phase 1 clinical trial at the MerryWoods Nursing Home in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
