like i said the lawsuit links have nothing to do w cwrn -i thought this was about custody because i had briefly perused madflights link of many pages re custody
but order says dtc suspends all services except custody
to which i reply-what services ????? to my knowledge dtc hasnt performed any services for cwrn since the dtc restriction went into effect on cwrn and many other stocks mar 2011
in fact, dtc and brokers-who reportedly own or control dtc -like to use the shoutfire term chill or even global chill -which is a misnomer because there is no chill or global chill nor suspension of trading and even though volume is low its not an illiquid stock -neither a grey stock or a suspended stock
in fact in a recent communication that has nothing to do with and preceded this issue the co told longs they couldnt tell us anything yet because it would be insider info-and thats not surprising because bashers actually call these co's and threaten them w insider knowledge lawsuits as an effort to block all communication from the companies etc as they have threatened me and rocket-to which i reply why have bashers defrauded me of 95% of my stock position which i havent even been able to trade once my last broker followed dtcs lead as an excuse to prohibit buying in fall of 2011
and the co noted the ridiculously low volume -so the co is well aware it would be ridiculous to try to issue any stock- even if it could -at this price and volume-and these things are supposed to be tied-from what i've read by a reportedly deep basher who posted on this on another board- to unlawful issuances of securities -either without a registration statement or in excess of the amount that can lawfully be issued without a reg statement (as in the lawsuit links re another company).-this from what i've seen as per the bashers is the issue-but since cwrn has not done this at least since 2010 if then i dont see its present relevance to cwrn.
bashers have said cwrn intends to issue stock as noted in the pr without a reg statement but pr notes the co will get a reg statement first
so bashers may have called dtc as they fraudulently called otc to get a ce on the false premise that cwrn had had a promo jan 2011 when cwrn did not-and dtc -owned or controled by brokers who blatantly violate fiduciary duty by shorting longs stock against us may have believed such lies without doing real investigation just as otc had done
thats all the info i have at this point -and note the dtc cryptically gives no explanation whatsoever
until i have more info-until we are given more- this does not affect cwrn anymore than dtc restriction has already affected cwrn since mar 2011
somebody can look at the co's in the list to see if they can glean any other common denominator -what the adversary always tries to do is to wear out longs by these games and trickeries and frauds -most of which have been politically motivated as noted many times since 2009-to get longs to default/ give up without a fight thru the nonstop games they have put us thru for their profit
