dont know what this highly specialized stock issue means yet - have only briefly looked at it-
as rocket recently posted on lieflub only a small % of stocks are backed up by physical certificates - for the entire market.
So what good does physical custody services even do? I dont know. And why would dtc not handling physical custody for cwrn stock when dtc does not even service cwrn stock anyway mean? logically nothing.
if you dont use bank so and so what does it matter that they dont handle your transactions-it doesnt.
is there any more to it than that -dont know yet-hate stocks -never had any interest in them and tired of all these purely specialized garbage stock issues that bashers blow out of proportion like everything else, forcing me by default to study what i have no interest in whatsoever by default.
CWRN has already been trade for trade since march 2011 -which means dtc has not serviced CWRN stock since then -has not acted as a clearinghouse for CWRN-
this is true of ALL dtc restricted companies-of which there have been thousands ever since the fraudulent illegal unconstitutional politically motivated agenda against low priced pennies began in 2009.
dtc restricted from our point of view til now merely means dtc does not act as an electronic clearinghouse, so the trades are manually matched instead-which our dtc specialist tlc2 said actually had some benefits in supposedly eliminating naked shorts.
in my very brief perusal of the lawsuit links of the following CWRN is not involved in the lawsuit noted by the links -which involves 1 stock promoter or whatever and 1 company and stock issued without proper certification or whatever.
To my knowledge cwrn hasnt done anything w stocks to change anything- hasnt issued any new stock- and couldnt under bob sec matter anyway. And i doubt brad has issued any new stock-dont think they could and they are still working thru transitional issues and as per nov 17 2011 pr cwrn had not issued any stock since 2010- to Geo (anybody else?)
so its easy as always for deep bashers to throw these things out there implying armageddon,taking advantage of the culture of fear bashers have purposely created,when historically over 95% of the issues bashers have shouted fire about have either been outright lies,nonsense or nothing of import at all.
