GLER Global Earth Energy's (GLER) Partner Hawk Manufacturing Partners With Southstar Capital
Global Earth Energy, Inc.'s (OTCQB:GLER) partner Hawk Manufacturing (HAWK), announces a partnership with Southstar Capital of Charleston, SC. Southstar will be providing Hawk Manufacturing and Trump Equipment Company additional operating capital.
Southstar Capital will initially provide Trump Equipment with a three year revolving line of credit that initially can be drawn at up to $2.5 million per month. Hawk/Trump will use these funds for operating needs, as well as, additional financing for acquisitions. From time-to-time, Southstar and Hawk/Trump will evaluate the line of credit and can raise the line as needed for operating needs.
Trump Equipment Company (TEC) is one of the leading suppliers of trucks, trailers and parts in the Eagle Ford Region. TEC is a full service company with an upstanding reputation for offering the best service at optimal prices. The Company has been in business for over two decades and during that time, they have sold thousands of trailers and completed thousands more service jobs. Customers come to TEC because they are a trusted name within the San Antonio, TX community, and they adhere to the highest standards within the industry.
TEC has three locations to service the oilfield market in San Antonio and Victoria, as well as servicing the highway, construction and housing industries from our warehouse in New Braunfels.
GLER reports that HAWK a privately held corporations, is acquiring companies that manufacture complementary products. When combined, these acquisitions would allow for the sharing of resources and provide customers diversification opportunities under a single operating corporation. HAWK intends to keep all manufacturing US-based preserving and expanding well-paying US jobs and proving a world class manufacturing company can be built with US-employees. HAWK intends to use existing credit facilities for more than $10 million to complete transactions and intends to work with various states and local governments and finance authorities on tax incentives, and direct benefits that could top more than $40 million over the life of the company.
