one should not get excited over these non stop texas games -crafters manipulate -everything they do is a manipulation and a lie or half truth or misrepresentation.
Longs SHOULD understand that, as its the same game crafter shorter bashers play everyday on the basher boards.
the jva was dead by aug 2011 when cwrn bared geo from the mine-because cwrn owns the mine and equipment- except possibly for the now generally minimal utility used 4 smaller pieces geo allegedly loaned -the pieces in geos original complaint
its very possible geo knew cwrns lawsuit was coming and thus to delay cwrns action brought suit 1st in texas -imo in violation of the clear provisions of the jva specifying Calif as venue
in arguing against cwrn's motion to dismiss tx case for improper venue, geo claimed tx was proper because of shirleys involvement either prior to or outside of the jva
but when bob and shirley were both present for a deposition Aug 2nd they deposed bob but did not depose shirley or even give her interrogatories and have made no attempt to depose shirley since!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
games- what would humans do without them- and crafters cant live without games -its their entire lives- so if u get excited over these things u wouldnt last 5minutes in dealing w a craft cult
