Geo has played in my opinion an endless game designed to manipulate the court and wear out Bob et al.
In such games geo has imo falsely accused cwrn many times hoping imo this will manipulate the judge subliminally. A jury is not aware of these games and hasnt heard those false accusations so geo imo feels they will have a better chance w the judge than a jury.
That has been the case all along so imo the only reason to wait til the last minute for this imo new game-when the trial was scheduled for today- is more harassment/attempt to wear cwrn out-an old cult trick many fall for. Hearing on geos motion to withdraw request for a jury trial on Nov 11.
this whole texas trial has NOT affected actual operations- has had nothing to do w operations (other than possibly holding up financials etc so as not to help geos fishing expedition and geos ridiculous request for receivership was rejected) and should not affect operations now.
geo is not even asking for the equipment which it claims (which is not even the same equip in thier original complaint!!!!),but for monetary compensation from bob/ shirley/ the cwrn that existed when these events occurred.
Imo cwrn owns said equipment and imo geo knows that -which is why imo geo is playing all these games to confuse/ manipulate the court.
Again, after tex trial is over ,ball is in cwrn 's court in cwrn's much larger case against geo for scores of millions alleged actual and punitive damages. Are geo's imo non stop delays part of a plan to judgement proof themselves before the CA case can be heard?
