many of us didn't get our proxies last year without *ACTIVELY* pursuing the issue with the colluding entities (aka brokerage firms) .. those firms included JPMorgan/Fidelity/Etrade/TDA et al .. it's your money folks .. understand why the collusion *exists* in the first place .. 4kids
