JBI-United.org is a shareholder advocacy site.
I started it because I didn't get my proxy last year and quite a few other people had the same problem. This year we'd like to track which brokers are sending out proxies and those who are not.
The only real reason proxies can't be sent out is that there are accounts holding an NSS marker, not real shares of stock.
We've had close to 1000 spammers try to sign up with the site, but we need more JBI shareholders.

Then send an October account statement or a screen shot of your JBI holdings to prove you are eligible for a proxy. You may redact all but the last three digits of your account number. No personal material will be published or stored on line and this will only be used to track which brokerages are sending out proxies and to file a complaint with FINRA or the SEC if necessary.
JBI is aware of this site and has no problems with it. You will also find respected posters from other boards already on the site who know me personally and can vouch for my integrity.
