GM toy and all KMAGgers! Wanna share with you here as this is what I think:
Valid curiosity question you pose to my comment:
"Wouldn't be surprised someone receives a letter from attorneys for calling CEO a liar publicly, especially since real name's known".
I understand that many over there that defame and make allegations or slanderous comments against a CEO are not pursued by litigation or prosecution because their real names are unknown and they hide behind an alias but if a CEO can prove who they are, they can take them to task and make a case against them. Now having said this, am not sure our Mr. Reid knows others by real name but think at least the one who's recently started a stir is known to him and the postings of this poster have been brought to Reid's attention. Otherwise, I don't believe he reads the boards. This one poster has also by what he's posted probably caused the CEO to waste much of his valuable time fielding a great number of messages.
Now if anyone can provide the real name of a person who's bashing and spewing slanderous, derogatory garbage against a CEO, I suppose that CEO can go after them ... I think in this recent case, the poster is causing further harm and duress on a CEO, partly because of the bombardment of messages by many including some who've used expletives in their messages.
It's all about what you know, your money and whether you believe....
