Just curious as to the difference in all the name

Just curious as to the difference in all the name calling, IE liar calling by some on the board of these many months. Some of which are former email receivers from Jeff also. And these people are easily figured out between their screen names and real names by some here. I am sure someone knows of the screen named person by their real name.
What would make the difference between smoke and one of these people? One in particular that posts on both kma and trii. Why wouldn't this person get an attorney letter also then?
I see no difference between these two people. Both at this point would have been calling the Ceo a liar publicly. Smoke did it once. The other does it daily. Mini Arrr did it publicly and it was said that was a lie also, yet nothing was done about that either.
Just trying to differentiate between what gets a response from the lawyers and what does not. One seemed to be a verifiable letter posted for the public, easily verifiable as slander, and the other the same hearsay type of talk we get everyday. But yet smoke is the one who will get slapped by the lawyer?
Don't get me wrong. I am no fan of what was done yesterday. Too many posts and mannerisms within the posts for me to see these as the actions of a self made entrepreneur with several companies. It is a very long road for most of us small business owners. One that usually brings temperament and the understanding to deal with the general public. And these forums are no different. The two do not add up to me. I see signs of one type that is the norm in the pinky world, but I do not see the signs of the other. JMHO

Thank you for any response. As stated before. This just information that should be know by all shareholders to keep them informed. And maybe this would slow down a few slanderous posters from going ballistic with yesterdays outburst.
