Maybe the degree of "Professionalism" absent is what all of the HuBub is about. The tweets and buildup prior to the 4th of September. None of the posters on either board raised the bar to the level it had reached, only to result in "EXTREME DISSAPPOINTMENT" . That "Poorly Orchestrated" and misguided display of judement lies solely on the one person authorized to give the "TWEETERS" the nod to proceed.
We are all "Grown Up's Here" and all certainly understand the "Risk -vs- Reward" and furthermore "NO ONE IS SELLING"...
There, as you are aware, are many good folks on this board, "Strong Contributors" continually seeking to find a thread to reinforce there decision analysis to tie up "Valuable Resources for an Extended Period of Time" for no return. It would, in my opinion, have been better to have been silent. Trying to Blame another Employee....Give Me A BREAK!!!
Either Develop a "Strong Business ACUMEN" or "Delegate" to one that has.
I remember when Jack Welch told all the General Managers and above in Boca Raton..."The Greatest Job Security You Will Ever Have at General Electric....Is To Have An Updated Resume' In YOUR Hip Pocket"
So...Glad You are here, stick around and be a strong contributor as well.
