just as i thought-this means no quantitative financial requirements-i.e no income or market cap or # of shareholders requirements,unlike otcqx and big boards-thus as soon as cwrn has 2 years audited and fills out any forms sec requires,cwrn should be fully sec reporting otcqb
if reporting to sec, as we would be, 2 years audited are required-which is now possible for cwrn stock since the last jv activity was departure of loreta Aug 7-8, 2011, at which time geo was blocked from the mine
