"KMG will become a publicly traded reporting compa

Sincerely, KMG Public Relations.'
as I've pointed out the things Brad will do to make our KMG dividend stock otcqb (fully sec reporting) will double to remove the dtc from CWRN stock but not all such things -such as audited -are required for dtc removal -to keep my posts under 100 pages i assume a modicum of understanding by those who have read my previous 100's of pages on these subjects
but as i've said many times audited are not required for dtc removal -as I've said many times, otc "current" class rarely have audited and when they do its usually because they are in the process of uplisting to otcqb and still have another requirement to satisfy
when cwrn dtc is removed cwrn will be otc "current" class until all requirements for otcqb uplisting are met-
main requirement is 2 years audited- rest whether market cap or number of holders or shares etc cwrn should be able to meet and some of those apply only to otcqx i believe- would have to refresh my memory -dont think any quantitative requirements are required for otcqb- only for otcqx
