CWRN has fundamentals -bashers know it- thats why they targeted it - strong enough to survive raids and bounce back for repeated milkings w aid of ce dtc- upgrading and uplisting will stop us from being hostages of ce dtc etc games and reduce shorters ability to milk
but CWRN has income -does not need to issue shares on that account -if they do it will be for addtnl equip and or concessions/mines to raise income so what holders get in return would expectantly exceed what co gave for such
and removal of dtc ce resulting from r/s will result in current and then uplisted otcqb classification which will greatly increase investor pool and allow market forces to work unfettered for 1st time since the unearned ce -result of shorters shouting promo when there was none because pps was rising 85%/day in jan 2011
this is the most undervalued stock around, so, with upgrading, pps should rise rapidly once larger investment pool, aided by audited financials, discovers it
