so people dont worry- 1/2 these co's seem to be in lawsuits -they just note such suits briefly in 10q's and 10k's as Geo did in its materials for uplisting from a private co
example below of an otcbb co proceeding w uplisting despite a lawsuit-
saw other examples also of co's proceeding w uplisting- idea is disclosure -transparency -so holders can make a decision-not holding a co hostage because of lawsuits, but merely noting the same in its reports
