DGAP-News: Carre Vert scores highest BREEAM rating

Wereldhave 09.10.2013 10:05 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Schiphol, The Netherlands, 2013-10-09 10:05 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BREEAM has awarded the Carre Vert office building in Levallois-Perret (Paris) the BREEAM 'outstanding' Post Construction Stage rating, five stars (87.07%). Carre Vert was developed by Wereldhave in 1999, reaching BREEAM Design Stage 'good' in April 2010 after a refurbishment in 2009. In connection with the fit-out works for the new tenant Electricite de France (EDF) in February 2010, Wereldhave decided to make additional investments to substantially improve the certification level. In 2012, Wereldhave and EDF teamed up to reach, in a joint effort, the highest possible ranking for a refurbished property.
