Carré Vert scores highest BREEAM rating “outsta

Schiphol, The Netherlands, 2013-10-09 10:05 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BREEAM has awarded the Carré Vert office building in Levallois-Perret (Paris) the BREEAM “outstanding” Post Construction Stage rating, five stars (87.07%).
Carré Vert was developed by Wereldhave in 1999, reaching BREEAM Design Stage “good” in April 2010 after a refurbishment in 2009. In connection with the fit-out works for the new tenant Electricité de France (EDF) in February 2010, Wereldhave decided to make additional investments to substantially improve the certification level. In 2012, Wereldhave and EDF teamed up to reach, in a joint effort, the highest possible ranking for a refurbished property.

Wereldhave’s offices portfolio in Paris consists of two investment properties (Le Cap – St Denis and Carré Vert – Levallois-Perret), and two development properties (Joinville and Issy-les-Moulineaux). The development properties have scored design stage interim assessments of BREEAM excellent and outstanding respectively.
