First Living Produce(TM) Growing Site 40-Acre Land

MOUNT PLEASANT, Utah, Oct. 8, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Green Polka Dot Box Incorporated (OTCBB: GPDB ), America's premier online membership club for organic and non-GMO natural foods at wholesale pricing, announced today that it has purchased 40 acres of land for the development of organic growing systems in greenhouses that will produce the organic produce sold as Living Produce™. This move by GPDB is in response to the multi-million dollar supply contract it entered into in August 2013 with Fresh Organics LLC, an international organic produce distributor headquartered in Miami, Florida.

As announced in August 2013, the Company signed a 10-year organic produce supply contract, anticipated to generate over $616,000,000 in revenues with Fresh Organics LLC over the life of the contract,. Beginning in January 2014, the first phase of the contract includes mandates for the development of organically grown bell peppers in all color varieties, red and green leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, cucumbers and assorted tomato varieties, including organic heirlooms. While the initial contract phase is limited to the mentioned varieties, future phases will include a larger selection of the Living Produce ™ as the Company's growing and processing capacities increase.

In addition to opening up a sustainable program for distribution of a steady, year-round supply of Living Produce™ and other organic products to wholesale buyers in the U.S. and around the world, the land acquisition enables GPDB to develop, grow and sell a wide variety of organic produce through the Company's unique home delivery platform to its members at affordable prices.
