GENEVA, Oct. 7, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- STMicroelectronics (NYSE:STM), a global semiconductor leader serving customers across the spectrum of electronics applications, announced that it will release third quarter 2013 earnings after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, October 22, 2013.

The management of STMicroelectronics will conduct a conference call on October 23, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time / 3:00 p.m. CET, to discuss performance for the third quarter of 2013.
