New premises for Innofactor headquarters as of Jan

Today Innofactor has signed a lease for its new premises in Espoo, Finland. Innofactor will relocate to the property in Keilaranta 9 and will be the main tenant of the building. The new headquarters will be called Innofactor Campus.

Innofactor Campus will house the company’s staff moving from two current locations in Espoo, i.e. Keilaniemi and Niittykumpu. Earlier the property served as the Tallink Silja headquarters.

The premises is a unique environment partly designed by architect Aarne Ervi for accommodating VIP guests to the Helsinki 1952 Olympics. These culturohistorically valuable premises that have been vacant for a while will soon be used – as is well suited - as the headquarters of a listed stock exchange company.

”After the acquisition of atBusiness Ltd a few months back, it was clear we needed to find office space to house all staff of the new Innofactor from the metropolitan area. Innofactor Campus is located adjacent to the offices of our partner Microsoft which will ensure even easier cooperation in the future,” describes Sami Ensio, CEO of Innofactor Plc.

The key criteria in selecting the new office space were its location, functionality, and price. The Keilaniemi area in Espoo has good traffic connections, and the future metro will help even further in this regard. The property also hosts a reasonable sufficient number of parking spaces.

”Employee satisfaction is crucial to Innofactor’s business. In the end, we chose the best option for our business which was also competitively priced,” concludes Ensio.
