No, I went to the Finra website and what your saying is incorrect. Read the case. The PDF your sent me to simple does not say that. My point is that your reporting something and the facts and the very thing you had us read does not say that.
By the way a heads up I have a friend that made comments like you just made and Ault sued him and won.
I really don't care but I would becareful as he has a ton lawyers.
