your stating that the info from FINRA that i have taken from is misleading ? that's BS, there is a crime as stated in FINRA's case, Disegard the lawfirm link, look in the FINRA Case #20080161571-01 ( April 26 2012 ) PDF file , it's all there. then come and tell me that the facts are wrong.

but your facts are flat out wrong . Read the case. Its also completely a civil issue. There is no crime here.
