SO LET US ASSUME kOOS IS AS DIRTY AS THEY COME can we or the company get him out?  Can the doctors now recind on the shares?  Can he be fired? Soes there exist a BOD for the company? Can some one replace him?  Are we at his mercy and hope that he changes his ways?  I am not putting much hope in Koos that he does right even though he is making so much money and laughing all the way to the bank.  He is going by the percentage of people that get caught on scams and that is a pretty good bet that he does not.  He has a better chance of not getting caught and put in jail than the percentage of how acurate the weather man is on his prediction of the weather.
