BMSN. I believe the experiment is roughly a 2-w

The 8-12 week diagnosis I believe is from people misreading the 8-k.
The first line in the description of the experiment is "8-12 week female B6 mice will be treated with interperitoneal injection of 150mg/kg 5-FU"
The 8-12 weeks is the AGE of the mice. B6 mice are a type of mice commonly used for experiments

If you continue reading on line (e) it says the experiment lasts for 2 weeks and then they measure the results.
As far as the timeline and the two dates on the 8-k (7/27 & 9/23) I believe that they entered into the agreement verbally back in July and the contract was drafted up. Dr. Min has been in China studying Carp of all things which you can verify through a publication coming out on 10/15. I think he was finishing up his work there before returning back to work with Regen on HemaXellerate.
That said, I believe since the agreement was filed 9/23 that Dr. Min is currently working on the experiments. If he started on 9/23 (which is a monday) then the experiment would conclude on 10/7. They would then submit the data which could be reviewed and approved anytime within 30 days.
Expect approval by the first week of November if not sooner.
