Leadership Changes at Nordecon AS
In an important meeting, Nordecon AS made significant changes to its Management Board that will take effect at the start of the new year. Priit Luman will step down from his role as a board member, making way for Deniss Berman, who will take the reins for sales and pre-construction. Deniss Berman's Background
Deniss Berman brings a wealth of experience to his new position. A graduate of Tallinn University of Applied Sciences in building construction, he further pursued his education with a master’s degree in environmental engineering from Tallinn University of Technology. His career in the construction industry spans various capacities within companies in Estonia and Latvia. Since joining Nordecon AS in 2015, Deniss has excelled, moving from project manager to leading the HVAC department, and then heading budgeting and special works. His expertise is recognized with a level 8 professional qualification as an authorized heating, ventilation, and cooling engineer. Additionally, he is an active member of the Estonian Society of Heating and Ventilation Engineers.
New Management Structure
With the new appointment of Deniss Berman, the Management Board of Nordecon AS will now consist of three members. Leading the team will be Maret Tambek as Chair, alongside Tarmo Pohlak as the Head of Construction, and of course, Deniss Berman will oversee sales and pre-construction operations.
