I was alway s amazed by the ability of otc -with its judgement clouded by its for profit conflict of interest- to make or break stocks by its classifications, esp impositions of ce due to shout fires of non-existent newsletter promos
not regulated and not a regulator, yet acts like a reg in the otc market place-only in the stock market
