1) Not my area of expertise and hoping others can weigh in....the bottom line is they are tying a lot of things together...IMO to eventually create something even bigger with their network. 

2) Because you already own shares...too late lol.  But if they get to that point it will be based on the success of these companies which means a higher pps.  I would imagine that would cause a big spike...curious what others think?  

Enjoyed your posts on iScam today btw....I'm banned of course.  Sorry I can't offer more, but my expertise is in branding and all things around it, licensing and intellectual property, and most areas of owning/operating a business (small and large).  In my career you sort of learn about everything if you're doing it on a National stage.  But can't say I know a lot about facts behind those steps...
