thats how i see it as well but..
1.How would the Details of that actually work? im sure it would be a long, drawn out Process taking Iequity through an IPO (finding an underwriter), then Having everything set up perfectly.
2. Would we truly Benefit from this? why should I not wait and just buy share of Iequity during IPO(in theory)?
