So SS said he didn't sell a single share, then how did this happened:
The fact:
Authorized shares 4,000,000,000
Float 900,000,000
Shares outstanding 2,375,204,297
no par value
He must have some ways to get around REG 144 reporting requirements. Yes SS has sold billions of shares after the stocks were issued. The facts speak themselves.
