Quick Follow up Question.  I'm sorry, I'm trying to shift through the chaff.  I'm wondering if the issue with Oregon State impacts the timeline of the FDA approval?  I've read somewhere that it does and I've also read that it doesn't.  The poster that said it doesn't has more credibility in my mind, but there was still some question about it.

I must admit that I'm not expert when it comes to everything the FDA requires to give it's stamp of approval.
