We are really busy on setting up the launch so I don't have much time to stop by.  There is no way of getting around registering to sell shares.  I have not sold a share in over a year. No insiders have sold a share.   There is no secret here. If I was selling shares I would file and tell the world. I am not. No insiders are selling. 

We have no convertible shares We have one class of stock which is common stock.  We can pay nobody in convertable shares because there is no class of convertible shares that exist.

By doing the deal with FilmOn we where able to cut our overhead for the launch dramatically.
