There are many ways to get around registration with SEC when ceo is selling shares. One way is to use convertible shares. CEO can pay anyone who have done works for the company with convertible shares. With no or little income for the last 2 years, how does SS paid all the workers salaries, travel expenses, rents, utilities, drinks......... He said he need $ 40,000 a month for paying expenses, so the only way to fund his dream is to sell stocks to us. Can you think of any other way?
