Yup, that got me thinking too...
Whether it will be MBS, I don't know, but the description fits the bill, and right up Jim' alley... (no, not that one LOL).
We don't own the empire nor do we have a monopoly, as there are about 10 viable products/techniques that can do the same, more or less, so the likelihood of MBS being chosen is about 10% IMO. Would be great to get one tho! I mean a contract. I've seen lots of such EPA bulletins lately, not all for Hg, in fact I haven't seen many of these Hg Superfund sites, but the fact that I see a lot of similar projects being started by the EPA indicates that there will be more for Hg and then we should at least get one of them to get the party started... Who knows, we might get such kind of news in the weeks ahead...
